We’re always thinking about our clients and students and figuring out the best way to ensure satisfaction for everyone. That’s why we need to have a clear policy, to ensure that business runs smoothly and you, along with everyone else, get the beauty treatments and courses you pay for at Bombshell Beauty Academy.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!
Arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you don’t miss a single minute of your treatment. We can’t keep others waiting for their treatments, just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting!
12-HOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
As an independent Australian-owned business, we thank you for your consideration of our 12-hour cancellation policy. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients.
Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations means that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professional therapists.
A 35% NON- REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure all bookings over 30 minutes. If the deposit has not been paid and you do not show up to your appointment you will be sent an invoice to pay this as a "No show" fee.
We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking as long as you give us 12 hours notice. Your deposit is non-refundable or a credit can be applied for your next booking.
If it is within 12 hours and you cannot attend your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member to take your slot, or forfeit your deposit.
Messages left on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day as we are open Tuesday-Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at Bombshell, this is for a number of reason. We do however offer store vouchers and store credits for some in salon beauty services depending on the circumstances.
If you are having issues with eyelash extension we have a 2 day period after getting your Eyelash Extensions that we can touch them up for free if you find you’ve lost too many. It generally take 48 hours for the glue to properly adhere. So anything after this 48 hour period is unfortunately void and could be due to natural lash growth or any medications you may take.
Online Course Refunds
Sadly we can not refund online course purchases once your order has been fulfilled and you have gained access to your online course. So please choose wisely prior to purchasing your course.
Again sadly we can not offer a refunds if the product has been opened, swatched or used in anyway due to health and safety. Please choose your purchases wisely.
Your credit card number or gift certificate number will secure your appointment. Your credit card will only be used if you fail to change or cancel your appointment within 12 hours, as per our cancellation policy.
If this fails you will be invoiced for 35% for any no show appointments.
COVID SAFE PLAN
IF YOU ARE SOMEONE AROUND YOU HAS BEEN SICK OR TESTED FOR COVID-19 IN THE PAST 14 DAYS PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING FRIENDS, FAMILY, PARTNERS OR CHILDREN TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
SANITISE YOUR HANDS UPON ENTRY AND EXIT.
PLEASE WEAR A MASK PROVIDED OR BRING YOUR OWN.
IF YOU GET COLD EASILY PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET AS WE CAN NOT SUPPLY THEM.
PLEASE USE CARD PAYMENTS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
DOWNLOAD THE COVID SAFE APP AND HAVE IT RUNNING DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
