Please see below for our Terms and Conditions that constitute our Refund Policy. By placing an order with Bombshell Beauty Academy, you agree to the below terms and conditions.

DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS  

Unfortunately discounts are only redeemable between a set time frame as apart of each sales terms and conditions. These can not be redeemed in the future on courses for a refund or credit. These discounts can not be redeemed on past courses, products etc. 

if you wish to use a discount or coupon code to receive a reduced price you can do so at checkout. If you do not apply the discount code unfortunately you can not redeemed the discount.

EXAMPLE: if you went into a store and purchased a bottle of water at full price, drank it and then went back the next day and the same water was on sale. You wouldn’t ask for a refund or credit on the bottle of water from yesterday now would you? 

CHANGE OF MIND

Bombshell Beauty Academy do not offer refunds for change of mind, all sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for another product once your order is fulfilled. 

 

TRANSFER OF COURSE OR DOUBLE UP

Unfortunately Bombshell Beauty Academy cannot transfer ownership of courses to another person. Each student gains lifetime access to these courses and can complete this at any time with absolutely no time constraints. 

Should you purchase a course that you already have received, Bombshell Beauty Academy have no obligation to offer a refund, store credit or exchange for any double purchase of a course, then it is entirely at the discretion of Bombshell Beauty Academy to refund, store credit or exchange the product, if at all. 

 

LOST OR MISSING ITEMS IN TRANSIT

Should the unfortunate event happen of your goods being lost or missing in transit, the customer is responsible for following this up with the shipping company with the form linked here.

Bombshell Beauty Academy is not liable for any lost or missing items once in transit as it has left our hands and is beyond our control. Once the matter is rectified with Australia Post we can then determine what to do from here. 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SUPPLY OF GOODS

We aim to produce and deliver Bombshell Beauty goods to highest standard and quality we can possibly make, and sincerely believe that you will be more than pleased with these goods. 

This is why we can confidently offer a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee on any of your Bombshell Beauty products* should they exhibit a fault, damage or any minor or major issue. If you do find something wrong with the product received and wish for a full refund of the purchased price, the following conditions apply: 

• Contact our office via email and let us know what has happened to bombshellbeautyacademy@gmail.com within 48hrs of the goods being received. 
• All products you wish to be refunded, credited or exchanged must be received by our office within 14 business days from the date of invoice. 
• Returned goods must be as new, unused and in original packaging. 
• A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned goods along with your full contact details. 
• It is at Bombshell Beauty Academy’s discretion, depending on the level of fault of the item(s) to offer to replace, a store credit or refund the item. 
• If the items are found to be not faulty, damaged or with any minor or major problem and you have simply changed your mind and no longer want the product, found an item cheaper somewhere else, ordered the wrong product, found a better product elsewhere, were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, damaged the product by misusing it or used the product for a duration of time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear, then it is entirely at the discretion of Bombshell Beauty Academy to refund, store credit or exchange the product. 

Should an incorrect supply of goods or goods damaged on delivery must be reported to our office within 2 days (48 hours) of being received. Any disputes after this time may not be rectified by our office, as stated in the terms and conditions stated above. 

*Please note this excludes our online courses and any product outside the Bombshell Beauty Academy branding 

 

ONLINE COURSE REFUNDS

Sadly, we can not refund online course purchases once your order has been fulfilled and you have gained access to your online course as it is a digital product. So please choose wisely prior to purchasing your course.

 

OTHER BRANDS

Bombshell Beauty Academy holds no responsibilities to the workings of products purchased with us outside the Bombshell Beauty Academy Brand. All concerns for other brands must be followed up with their company directly. 

 

CLEARANCE, MARKDOWNS & FREE ITEMS

All items listed as clearance, markdown or free and not eligible for exchange or refund, store credit or exchange. All sales are final.
